Please take the time to read our Ts and Cs to avoid any embarrassment or confusion.
Deposits
A deposit must be paid for all tattoo bookings.
Deposits can be paid by credit card, this will be subject to a 3% admin fee.
Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the tattoo session.
All deposit refunds are subject to a £10 admin fee.
If an appointment is cancelled without 48 hours notice the deposit will be kept by Monumental Ink.
Deposits paid in cash will be refunded via bank transfer not in cash.
Loyalty card T&C’s
Applicable to over 18s only. The Loyalty card/use of the Loyalty card is for persons of 18 years old and over.
The loyalty card remains property of Monumental Ink LTD.
Logo and other information included on the Loyalty card shall not be copied, used or distributed without expressed consent from Monumental Ink LTD.
Monumental Ink LTD reserve the right to refuse service to individuals that speak or treat staff/artists in an unacceptable manner.
Loyalty cards are not transferable in most cases, changes to be made at discretion of Monumental management.
Loyalty cards are not to be sold on, any instances of this happening will result in the card being void.
Vouchers issued after the card has received the fourth stamp must be used within 12 months of date issued.
Stamps are to only be applied to cards after a tattoo, tattoo touch ups do not count.
Loyalty cards can be used at any Monumental studio.
Stamps to only be issued by reception/front of house staff.
Stamp will be applied to Loyalty card after the client has settled their bill on day of tattooing.
Monumental Ink reserve the right to cancel this card at any time.
This card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Lost loyalty cards become void, we will not re stamp existing visits on a new card.
Gift Vouchers
Applicable to over 18s only. The gift voucher/use of the gift voucher is for persons of 18 years old and over.
The gift voucher remains property of Monumental Ink LTD.
Logo and other information included on the Loyalty card shall not be copied, used or distributed without expressed consent from Monumental Ink LTD.
Monumental Ink LTD reserve the right to refuse service to individuals that speak or treat staff/artists in an unacceptable manner.
Gift voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
Gift vouchers have a valid use duration of one year, this cannot be extended.
Gift Vouchers are only redeemable on deposits for tattoos and not the remaining balance. This is always due is cash.
Monumental Ink reserve the right to cancel this card at any time.
Gift Vouchers can be used at any Monumental studio.
Lost gift vouchers will not be replaced
Exclusive card T&C’s
Issuing your new card will require photographic ID, we will also require a photo of yourself to keep on record.
Please bring photo ID when using your exclusive card
Can only be used with participating artists.
This promotional card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Applicable to over 18s only. The Exclusive card/use of the Exclusive card is for persons of 18 years old and over.
Monumental Ink Exclusive card can only be used by the individual it has been issued too.
The Exclusive card remains property of Monumental Ink LTD.
Logo and other information included on the Exclusive card shall not be copied, used or distributed without express consent from Monumental Ink LTD.
Re sale of the card is not permitted. Any instance of this happening will result in the card being cancelled and the individual it was issued to will not be eligible for another one.
Monumental Ink LTD reserve the right to refuse service to individuals that speak or treat staff/artists in an unacceptable manner.
Monumental Ink reserve the right to cancel this card at anytime.

I loved how professional it all is, I got emails and texts to remind of my appointments and what to do and what not to do the day before my tattoo. This is a tattoo studio like no other I have been to before, so clean cut and with genuine, sought after artist's.

Would like to thank Mike from Monumental Ink for my amazing back tattoo. It’s been a fantastic experience and well worth the months of hard work Mike put into this piece. This tattoo has exceeded my expectations by a 1000% and Mike is a true artist and extremely talented tattooist. Had my first tattoo done at Monumental Ink and am extremely happy with my new tattoo! The reception staff were extremely lovely and offered me and my Mum a hot drink while we waited. The place has a lovely atmosphere and is very clean and hygienic! The women who done my tattoo ensured that I was comfy and ready for her to start my tattoo, also checking I was okay throughout also.
Will definitely be returning to have my second tattoo done in the future there! Overall the staff made my experience at Monumental Ink very relaxing and put me at ease!
